- The programs at Isobel
Rooney MS were developed collaborativelly by teachers and
administrators with the support of the District Office,
and the Community School Board. They assist the student
population to function at their best as demonstrated by
social and academic achievement. The existing programs
serve as models of success and enthusiasm throughout Isobel
Rooney MS,
District 10, and New York City.
